Land Building Maintenance Committee (LBMC)
As per the University Act No. 16 of 1978, it is the responsibility of the University Council to provide the buildings, premises, furniture, equipment, and other material needed for carrying on the work of the University. Therefore, the Council has established the Lands Building Maintenance Committee to fulfill this purpose to evaluate and recommend the project proposals to the Council related to Capital and rehabilitation projects and other matters related to the Land, Building, and maintenance of the University.
