校史與機構史之整理與書寫，通常體現該校或該機構之核心價值與未來展望，且實際執行後，多會有所調整。

然而，如何想像、如何書寫、如何執行、如何展現成果？

承自「校史書寫工作坊」之內容，探討各校編纂校史的行政執行、檔案徵集及保存管理、內容書寫，以及群眾的共同歷史記憶，由此衍生校史與機構史的多重考量。

陳前所述，本次研討會徵求之研討子題如下：

理論──我們需要什麼樣的歷史與記憶？

案例──我們有什麼故事可以說？

應用──我們可以用校史、機構史做什麼事？

The organization and writing of university and institutional history usually reveals the core values and future outlooks of the targeted subject.

However, adjustments often follow as execution progresses.

And yet, how should we frame the history of a university or institution through writing? How should we carry out the execution and present the outcome?
