中特班的申請為學期制，每個學期都必須填寫課程申請表後始得修課。課程申請一律採網路申請，請於開放階段填寫報名表單。送出表單後約3-5個工作天會收到申請確認通知。只有收到確認通知才算成功申請！若超出5個工作天仍未收到通知，請主動聯絡華語中心。
Applications for the CIDS Courses are semester-based. Students must complete the course application form each semester to enroll. All applications are done online; please finish and submit the registration form during the designated period. An application confirmation notice will be emailed within 3-5 working days after submitting the form. The application is only considered successful upon receiving this confirmation notice! If you do not receive the notice after 5 working days, please take the initiative to contact the CLC Office.
申請資格 Eligibility
☑ 國際學位生 International Degree Students
僑生欲修習中特班課程者，請先填寫課程申請表。是否具備修課資格將依據考試結果而定。
Overseas Chinese Students wishing to take a CIDS course need to fill in the application form first. The eligibility to enroll in the CIDS course will be determined based on the test results.
來自香港、澳門及中國之僑生不具備修課資格。
Students from Hong Kong, Macau, and the People’s Republic of China are not eligible for these courses.

申請步驟 Application Procedures
Step 1 填寫線上課程申請表 Fill in the Online Course Application Form
新生申請 New students：
從未修讀過中特班課程者 who have never taken any CIDS course before
續讀生申請 Continuing students：
曾修讀過中特班課程者 who have taken any CIDS course before
修課紀錄以學號登錄的為主，若您經過身分轉換（如：大學部升碩士班或碩士班升博士班）將視為新生並重新計算修課紀錄。
CIDS course uses the NCKU student ID number to record the times or semesters you take the course. If your student identity has been changed, (such as from an Undergraduate program student changing to an M.A./Ph.D student), you will be viewed as a new student, and the enrollment records will be recounted and loaded to your new student ID number.
★新生共開放2個申請梯次，續讀生共開放1個申請梯次，請務必留意申請開放時間
★New students will have two application stages while continuing students will have one.

Step 2 修課資格審查 Application Review
提交申請表後，華語中心會進行修課資格審查。
After submitting, your complete application will be reviewed by the CLC Office.
Step 3 申請確認通知 Application Confirmation Notification
若申請資料無誤，確認通知信會在申請後的3-5個工作天內寄發到你當時留的聯絡Email。只有收到確認通知才算成功申請！若超出5個工作天仍未收到通知，請主動聯絡華語中心。
If the review is completed, an application confirmation email will be sent to the contact email provided on the application form within 3-5 working days after submission. The application is only considered successful upon receiving this confirmation notice! If you do not receive the notice after 5 working days, please take the initiative to contact the CLC Office.
Step 4 選課 Course Enrollment
請依照信上通知的時程表確認程度並使用選課系統完成選課。
Please confirm your level and use the Course Enrollment System to enroll in the course according to the timetable provided in the email.
