One of MARSlab’s long-term objectives is to advance the development of bio-inspired aerial robotics. The project focuses not only on creating fully functional aerial robots but also on using the development process to generate valuable insights into flight science, the fabrication and testing of miniaturized aerial systems, and the principles of flight control and automation. Through this endeavor, MARSlab aims to expand its expertise and drive innovation in these critical areas.

MARSlab is expanding its research into CubeSat systems. Our current focus is on the design and development of innovative payloads and critical subsystems that enhance the performance and mission capabilities of small satellites. To bring these systems to orbit, MARSlab and its collaborators work closely with the Taiwan Space Agency (TASA) for launch opportunities and technical support. Through this effort, the lab aims to contribute to more accessible, efficient, and sustainable uses of space.
