Dual Credit/Dual Enrollment Scholarship open

The Department of Higher Education & Workforce Development has opened up their Dual Credit/Dual Enrollment Scholarship for High School students enrolled in Dual Credit/Dual Enrollment courses for the Fall 2026 semester and/or the Spring 2027 semester.

About your school counselor

Hello! My name is Lydia Shiflett and this is my seventh year at Grundy R-V as the K-12 School Counselor. I graduated from Northwest Missouri State University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Criminal Justice. In May 2023, I graduated from Missouri Baptist University with my Master's Degree in School Counseling.

I believe in maintaining a positive mindset, creating partnerships with a purpose, and always striving for significant outcomes. I also believe in the importance of education and accountability.
