Transcript Requests
Grinnell Community School District has partnered with Parchment, a leader in eTranscript exchange, to send high school transcripts electronically, securely and confidentially, to colleges and universities of your choice! The service is available online, 24 hours a day and seven days a week.
Students and alumni simply request a transcript and designate the academic institution, organization or individual that they would like to receive it. Users will be notified when their request is complete and can also track the status of their request or view a saved copy of their transcript.
Current Grinnell High School students will receive free transcripts after graduation up to 1 year and during current school year; although in the rare circumstance that the desired recipient does not accept electronic delivery and your transcript must be mailed, there will be an additional charge.
Alumni will continue to pay per transcript, depending on how the student wants to have the transcript delivered. GHS class of 2023 graduates will be considered alumni after May 1, 2024.

IA Valley/MCC Transcripts
Students that have completed courses through Iowa Valley Community College or Marshalltown Community College must request their transcripts be sent to the college/university they will be attending. These courses are listed on a student's transcript but are not official unless requested directly from IA Valley. Use link below to request those transcripts.
