What are the 5 ways to Wellbeing?
Research shows there are five simple things you can do as part of your daily life to build resilience and boost your wellbeing. These simple actions are known as the five ways to wellbeing.

Now more than ever it is important to look after your own wellbeing and the wellbeing of those around you so I have created a choice board of activites for you to work from over the next week.
Each day I would like you to pick one idea from each column to incorporate into your day.
If you are motivated it would be great to see you share what you did for your well being on your blog each day to inspire others.
One of the key messages from our Prime Minister during this Covid 19 Lockdown has been "Be Kind". The purpose of the this project is to act on this message and challenge yourself to find ways to be a little more helpful and show kindness in your daily life.
