With over 18 years of experience in education and coaching, I bring passion, energy, and a student-centered approach to every class. My goal is to help students discover the value of physical fitness, teamwork, and personal growth both on and off the court or field.

I believe every student has the ability to succeed when given the right tools, encouragement, and opportunities. I focus on lifelong fitness skills, sportsmanship, and helping students develop strong minds and bodies through fun, engaging activities.
