Complete the application on MC website.  (Hints:  Use your personal email.  You do not have to complete the emergency contact information.)

Parent-Student Agreement

Have your parent complete the dual credit parent-student agreement. (Hint:  When you submit, it will go to a blank page.  Scroll up to see that it submitted.)

 Technical Dual Credit - Additional Steps

CNA - There are additional vaccinations and applications required for this program.  Attend our student/parent meeting in the spring or see Mrs. Cosentino for the packet.

Fire Academy - There are additional vaccinations required.  There is also an additional application.  See Ms. Lambert

Welding, Automotive, Diesel - Proof of a meningitis vaccine within the last 5 years is required.
