Registration for D.C. is easy! Below you will find your registration checklist and information on how to register your child.

Trip Dates: May 25-27, 2027

Cost of Trip: $1030 (includes a $100 non-refundable deposit)

2026-2027 Registration Checklist

*2026-2027 Trip Code: westerndc27*

1. Go to the registration website: CLICK HERE. Click the green text in the top section of the screen that says: "Customer Login".

2. Enter our trip code westerndc27

3. On the next screen, choose the option to "Reserve Now." Then, you will be prompted to create an account using your email address or your personal Google account.

*If you have previously created an account with ETA, you may sign into your existing account to make a reservation and you will not need to create a new account.

4. Once you are in your account, select "Join Trip", and then enter our trip code again if prompted (western27). You should now see our trip details. 

5. Then, select "Make a New Reservation" and complete ALL fields. You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is all set. *If you do not receive this email, please email Ms. Traina. **If you are applying for financial aid, you will only pay $100 today.

2026-2027 Important Dates

Tuesday, September 15, 2026- DC Parent Meeting @ WMS (6pm, Auditorium, In-Person only!)

Thursday, September 22, 2026, 11:59pm- $50 registration discount ends (please note you will see this as a credit back to your payment method within a few weeks of registering)

Friday, October 16, 2026, 11:59pm- Registration deadline

Friday, October 30, 2026, 2:45pm- Deadline to apply for financial aid

February 2027- Roommate selection process begins

Sunday, March 2027- Final payment is due. If full payment is not made by this date, your registration will be canceled by ETA. 

Tuesday, May 25-Thursday, May 27, 2027- Trip to D.C.!
