This is my fourth year at Bryson Middle. I previously taught for 11 years at Beck Academy and 6 years at Fisher Middle. I am originally from New York and have lived in Simpsonville for 21 years. I taught 7th and 8th grade science for 15 years in New York and have also worked for a tax accountant here in Greenville. I received my Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Bio-Chemistry from St. John's University and my Master's degree from the State University of New York @ Stony Brook. I am very excited to start a new school year and to work with everyone here at BMS.
I have been married to my husband, Stephen, for 31 years. We have three boys ages 29, 27, and 24. My oldest son is married, and I have an almost three-year-old granddaughter and a grandson who will be one. We have two dogs, Maggie, a foxhound mix, and Roscoe, a one-eyed leopard dog chihuahua mix, and a ball python named Sadie. I enjoy weight training, hiking, swimming, and visiting amusement parks. We are a very active family and like to be outside.
I hope that this website will be used often and that you find the information on it useful and informative.
