Hi, Griffins, and welcome to my website! Families and students, here you will find information about me and my classes. There is a lot of information here, but it should answer any questions you have. If it doesn't, definitely feel free to reach out to me.
Please check back to stay up to date with what is going on in our classroom. I am pumped about the 2026-2027 school year! We are going to learn a lot together, and we are going to have a lot of fun exploring mathematics.
Here is a link to my classroom wishlist. Thank you for helping me support my students!
June 11, 2026 - My site has been updated for the 26-27 school year. The Geometry with Statistics syllabus is now live and can be found on the Geometry with Statistics page. I may adjust the scope and sequence (order of instruction) a little this summer, but the topics and learning objectives will stay the same.
If you are looking to get a head start on Geometry, start learning these formulas. You'll need to know them all this year. Additionally, make sure you are feeling really good about these topics from Algebra 1:
Radicals (Simplifying, Adding, Subtracting, Multiplying, and Dividing)
Polynomial Operations
Factoring
Systems of Equations
Parallel and Perpendicular Lines (Identifying them from equations and being able to write equations of parallel or perpendicular lines given points or slopes)
If you're feeling rusty on any of the above topics, I recommend working on them through Khan Academy.
See you in August!
