Reporting Absences
To ensure absences are excused, please submit a note within 3 school days of your student's return. Unexcused absences will be recorded as unlawful.
You can submit an excuse in one of two ways:
Online: Fill out the digital note form below.
Written Note: Turn in a physical note signed by a parent, guardian, or medical professional. All notes must include the date(s) and reason for the absence.
