POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

The Media Center is open from 7:40am until 2:45 pm each day.

Checkout 

Kindergarten students may check out one book  for one week.  First graders may check out two books for one week.  Second through fifth graders may check out one book for one week.  Students with overdue books will not be allowed to check out additional books. So please return your books!

Lost or Damaged Books

If a library book is lost or damaged, the student is responsible for paying for the book.  No other books may be checked out until  the book is paid for.  Refunds will be given for books that are later found.  There are no fines for overdue books, but students will not be allowed to check out more books.

District Chromebook Polices 

Greenville County Schools (GCSD) provides students with district-owned Chromebooks and chargers for academic use. Chromebooks for Woodland's students are managed by the Media Center. When using Chromebooks, students are expected to follow the policies found on Woodland's website, here. 

If students have Chromebook issues, the media center will address the problem via a Google Form Tech Request.
