Carrie Cruce

My name is Carrie Cruce and I am in my 12th year as a speech therapist at Washington Center. I graduated from Samford University with a B.S. in Early Childhood and Elementary Education and then went on to earn a M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Alabama. I have spent 16 years of my career dedicated solely to children and adults with complex communication needs. Finding alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) solutions to improve communication and quality of life is my passion! When I'm not working as an SLP, I enjoy reading, Teaching Yoga, Crossfit, planning projects around the house and spending time with my husband, 2 boys and 2 fur babies.
