Congratulations to the Riverside High School Speech and Debate team for winning the Green Charter Schools Novice Invitational held at Green Upstate High School in Simpsonville, SC, on September 21. In addition to winning the overall award, several students earned individual honors. The team of Annika Killian and Gabriel Killian were the champions of Public Forum Debate. The Riverside High School Pride of Riverside Marching Band took fifth overall and second place in Class AAAAA Saturday during the Easley Foothills Tournament of Bands Competition. Congratulations to the Warriors and Band Director Kris Bence.
