ALEKS Troubleshooting From Home
Step Guide:
Click the three dots at the top of the page. (Chrome settings)
Go to delete browsing data.
Under time range, click the drop-down menu.
Click all time.
Click out of that and be sure the only check boxes at the bottom are cookies and cash internet files.
Click Delete data.
(If it says create another google account click the x at the top of the box)
7. Wait for it to load.
8. Go to your control panel and click the sign out button
9. Log back into your chrome book.
10. As soon as you're logged in instead of going through the class link click the GCSD Authenticate button at the bottom of your screen.
11. Log in as usual with your username and password.
As a reminder please have the students check the Weekly Planner on this Northwood website for the weekly homework and the due dates. Student can access the Aleks homework software and their textbook through their backpack as shown in the image above and described below;
In order to attain mastery in math this school year, the students will need to complete their weekly homework practice and review for quizzes and tests using the textbook practice problems under the unit we are studying as described below;
1) To access the Aleks homework students will log into Backpack where they access their grades
2) Once in Backpack the students will access McGraw Hill.
3) Students will find the Aleks program to do their homework and to access the textbook. The textbook can be used to review for quizzes and tests where they can practice the problems under the Unit we are learning.
