Chromebook Repair Procedures

Please see below important information and revisions to Tigerville Elementary School and Greenville County School District's Repair Policy.

HOW TO REPORT A PROBLEM

Students are responsible for the general care of the Chromebook issued to them by the District. Chromebooks that are broken or fail to work properly must be taken to the Library Media Center as soon as possible.

All repair requests will be processed by Mrs. Imms in Library Media Center.

The repair will attempt to be made through the GCS technology repair program. However, it is not guaranteed that the repair program will cover the cost of the repair. If the repair program does not cover the complete cost of the repair, your student will be billed for the remainder of the cost.
