Registration Forms

Registration for 2026-2027 has begun.  Please use the link provided below to register. We are FULL for Grades 3-5. Please do not register for those grades. It will put you on a waiting list, but you will still have to pay the fee. Paying the application fee does not guarantee your acceptance into the program.

There will be no in person registration. 

All will be done online through Procare and will end May 18, 2026 or when we fill all of our available spots. 

 A $40 non-refundable application fee will be required at that time. Registration and payment of the application fee DO NOT guarantee your admission into the program. This will put you on a waitlist that we will fill first come, first served.  The application fee is non-refundable.
