Registration Forms

**Registration for 2026-2027 will begin April 1st. 

A link will be provided here at that time to register through Procare.

There will be no in person registration. 

All will be done online through Procare and will end May 18, 2026. 

 A $40 non-refundable appliucation fee will be required at that time.
