Student assignments and resource materials are posted in their google classroom. Please have your student pull up their classroom and show you. It is incredibly helpful for parents to learn to navigate classroom as well as the student so you are familiar with the system.
If an assignment is marked "TURNED IN" you can still open and see the work the student submitted. A "Turned in" message does not necessarily mean the student attached or completed the assignment.- Click VIEW ASSIGNMENT to see more detail, and the attached work- you can click then on the attachments to see student work.
Assignments still have to be manually graded by the teacher and then submitted to the grading program before the grade shows in backpack.
All work done through google classroom has time stamps so parents can check at what point items were completed.
If you wish to see time stamps for what parts of assignments were completed at what point you can view the documents 'Version History' to see when and who completed parts of the document.
