My name is Shannon Land. I am the Title I Improvement Facilitator at Lakeview Middle School. I have over 22 years of experience in education, ranging from classroom teacher to Instructional Coach. This is my 1st year serving as Title I Improvement Facilitator at Lakeview.

My goal is to ensure all students achieve academic success on school, district, and state assessments. I strive to educate parents on their rights to be the voice and advocate for their child/children. I provide opportunities for parents and families to engage in trainings and participate in their child’s education.
