Ms. Coffey

Hello Gators! My name is Sarah Coffey and I am your 6th Grade School Counselor this year.  I am so excited to be working with this amazing team of teachers and staff. I have two boys attending school at RGS and we love living in the Five Forks area. 

I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of South Carolina Honors College, and worked with adults with mental illness for several years before completing my Master of Education in School Counseling from Clemson University in 2007. 

I have been a school counselor in Lexington District 1 at Pleasant Hill Elementary, and also here in Greenville at Mountain View Elementary. This is my first year at the middle level and I am really happy to be looping with this group of students as they progress through RGS middle!

Some of my favorite things to do are read a great novel, bake, grow and arrange flowers, do pottery, paint & craft, and enjoy time with friends & family, go to the beach & mountains, and go swimming with my boys.
