Services

The School Counseling Department at Woodland Elementary offers a variety of services for students and families that are designed to help our students be successful and happy here at school through the services we offer.

Classroom Lessons K5-5th grade

Our classrooms lessons are scheduled with teachers twice a month for K5 and 1st grades and 2nd-5th once a month. Classroom lessons cover a variety of topics related to Social/Emotional, Academic and Career Development.

Small Group Counseling K5-5th

There are many different small group counseling opportunities that occur throughout the year. Small group topics are School Success, Anxiety, Friendship (self-esteem) Boys Group and Girls Groups as well as Divorce, Grief and Social Skills.

Individual Counseling K5-5th

Individual counseling is offered for ALL students at anytime based on the student's needs.
