Boys Soccer
Summer Workouts:
· Monday: Run a mile, 50 pushups, do three times a day
· Tuesday: Put a ball 20 yards away. Sprint to ball, dribble ball back to your staring point, sprit back to where the ball was. Sprint back to ball, dribble ball back to its original position and sprint back to your starting position. (do these 25 times 3 times a day)
· Wednesday: Run a mile, do 50 pushups, run a mile do 50 sit ups, run a mile and do 50 burpees
· Thursday: Run a mile Do a 50 Pushups, do three time a day
· Friday: 40 pushups, 40 sit ups, 40 burpees, 20-yard lunges, 20 yards bunny hops, 20-yard sprint on your toes (down and back 20 times) do three time during the Day
· Saturday and Sunday (one day between the two do a three-mile run((straight)), the other is your rest day)
· Work on ball control with trapping. Find a solid wall you can kick a ball off of. Play the ball against the wall having the ball come back to you. Work on getting the ball to stop right at your feet when you trap the ball (relax your foot and leg right as the ball hits your foot). Do not trap the ball with the bottom of your feet. Do this every day for at least 30 minutes (except on your day off).
IF YOU DO THIS WORK OUT THROUGH THE SUMMER I WILL BE ABLE TO TELL WHEN IT IS TIME FOR OUR PRE-SEASON PRACTICES.

· Wednesday 2/14 (ALL, 1st CUT) {Those that made 1st cut posted to Mr. Website by 9:00}
· Thursday 2/15: All that made 1st cut (2nd CUT) {Those that made 2nd cut posted to Mr. Website by 9:00}
· Friday 2.16: ALL that made 2nd cut (Final CUT) {Those that made final cut posted to Mr. Website by 9:00}

· Shin Guards (need to bring every day, required by the High School League if there is to be contact)
· Tennis Shoes (need to bring everyday)
