How Does Therapy Work?
Therapy works by creating a safe, trusting relationship where people can explore their emotions, behavior, and experiences in ways that make sense for their age, often through play, conversation, or creative activities. As they feel more understood and supported, they begin to build emotional awareness, learn new coping skills, and grow in confidence. Along the way, parents are included as partners, helping to support that growth at home and in everyday life.
