The Technology Fee for the 2021-22 school year has been waived.
The yearly Technology Fee is $25 for all students. This cost covers the cost of repair for incidental and accidental damages during the school year.
Students qualified as PIP have a Technology Fee of $5.
Lost/Unreturned Chromebook: up to $250.00
Lost/Unreturned/Damaged Charger: $30.74*
Lost/Unreturned/Damaged Case: $24.38*
* This price is subject to change. Even if part of these items are returned, the full fee will still be charged. This is because the school is unable to order partial replacement parts, and must purchase the entire item.
Intentional damages are not covered under the yearly technology fee. Repairs for these damages are the sole responsibility of the student.
A device with intentional damage should be turned in to the school immediately, at which time it will be submitted to the district to check for necessary repairs. A price will be provided following this review. This cost is for the repair parts only, not for the cost of labor involved in repairing the device.
Repair costs are capped at $250 (the price to purchase a replacement device), should the intentional damage be severe enough to warrant a replacement.
