Spring Recital
To Whom This May Concern,
The Piano Class recitals are scheduled for Thursday, May 23rd. Students will be preparing for this recital through out the year so this performance is their chance to demonstrate all they have learned over the year. This recital is a major grade and is required for all students enrolled in piano this year.
6th Grade (4A) will perform at 5:30pm
6th Grade (4B) will perform at 6:30pm
7/8th Grade will perform at 7:30pm
All performances will be in the gym.
Students should dress up for this formal performance.
Ladies: Dress, skirt or dress pants with a fancy shirt or blouse.
Men: Dress pants, dress shirt (button down or polo shirt), dress shoes.
Absolutely no jeans or athletic shoes. Part of their grade will reflect on how they present themselves for this performance. All outfits must meet GCS dress code.
If you arrive prior to the start of the recital, please wait in the Cafeteria until the previous recital is over.
If you have any questions about the recital, please email me. Families with more than one student enrolled in piano may contact me about placing their child in a different time slot in order to have both students performing in the same recital.
