Free Online Learning Resources To Use During the COVID 19


  • www.getepic.com A digital library with over 35,000 books, learning videos, quizzes and more. Our kids LOVE Epic! There is a free 30 day trail for parents.


  • www.scholastic.com/learnathome Scholastic has set up a “Learn at Home” program that provides free daily resources for parents while the kids are out of school. It has books and activities you can do each day tailored to each grade level.



  • www.zearn.org Zearn is a math website filled with lessons, games and activities for kids to do. It is free to everyone during the school closures. On the home page there is a link that will let you access the free resources.


  • www.xtramath.org We use XtraMath daily to review addition and subtraction fast facts. I have sent your child’s login information home on a red piece of paper in their work folders-I encourage you to use this daily as it is a great way to practice their fast facts!


  • www.scdiscus.org A collection of free online resources provided by the South Carolina State Library. On the homepage, click “By Grade Level” and then choose “Early Childhood/Elementary”. Some of our favorite links are Brainpop Jr, Animal Kingdom, Tumblebooks, and Magic School Bus.


  • www.abcya.com ABCYa is a collection of educational games tailored to each grade level. There are word, math, strategy and skill games. Our kids LOVE ABCya!


  • www.gonoodle.com Go Noodle is a great website for interactive dances, videos and other ways to get kids up and moving.
