PLEASE try to problem solve first

Here are some common issues and what to try. If these don't help or don't work then complete the Tech Help Form below.

ANY ISSUE
WITH
YOUR LAPTOP

Always try restarting it first please! This fixes MOST issues.

SMARTBOARD TOUCH DOESN'T WORK

Make sure the USB cable is plugged directly into your laptop.

SMARTBOARD SOUND DOESN'T WORK

Click on the speaker icon at the bottom of the screen and check that AP7_Titanium is selected as the display audio.

If that doesn't work, unplug and replug the USB and HDMI cables.   

ONN ISSUES
WITH CONNECTIVITY

This usually happens after a laptop was disconnected from the network (brought home). You will need to reauthenticate by clicking on the GCSD Authenticate icon on your desktop and then follow the prompts. Be sure to restart your browser to apply the changes.
