Danielle Pete, Mental Health Counselor
This is Mrs. Pete's first year as a Mental Health Counselor at Northwood Middle, but seventh year in as a school based mental health therapist. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA). She earned her Bachelor's degree in psychology from North Greenville University and Masters in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. She has spent a majority of her career working with middle and high school students facing challenges like anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, social anxiety, changes in family dynamics, and trauma. Mrs. Pete loves spending time outdoors exploring or enjoying a bonfire at night.
Marla Webb, Mental Health Counselor Intern
Ms. Webb has been teaching in Greenville County Schools since 2017. She received her B.A. in Elementary Education from the University of South Carolina Upstate. She is currently enrolled at Clemson University to obtain her Ed.S. and M.Ed in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Ms. Webb loves spending time with her family, especially her dogs. She is a huge Alabama football fan! Roll Tide!
