About Me

Hi!  I'm Ms. Weisner (pronounced - weesner).  I LOVE reading, coffee, and dogs.  I have three children - Trevor (26), Luke (24), and Lily (20).  I have 21 years of experience in Education where I have been a high school English Teacher, Literacy and Instructional Coach, Adjunct Literacy Professor for Anderson University, and now a Reading Interventionist for Alexander Elementary!  

I have a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education English from Clemson University and a Master's degree in Literacy from Furman University.  My certifications include Secondary English (9th-12th), Literacy Teacher (K-12), and Literacy Coach (K-12).  I'm so excited for what's to come during the 25-26 school year.  Happy Reading!
