About me: My name is Anna Nicholls and this is my first year teaching at Hillcrest Middle School! I attended Clemson University, where I majored in Special Education. I'm originally from Pennsylvania, right near Philadelphia. 

This multi-categorical class supports students with diverse abilities. Instruction will include a mix of individual, small-group, and whole-group methods to ensure each student’s needs are met. There will always be two adults in the classroom to provide support: myself and Ms. Austin. Our main goals are to help your child grow, become more independent, and stay engaged in learning. In addition to subject area instruction, we will focus on individual goals guided by each student’s IEP.

This year at Hillcrest is going to be AMAZING! The faculty and community are amazing. We have a lot of fun planned!
