Mrs. Cain's 7th grade ELA Class!

Welcome to seventh-grade English Language Arts! I am delighted to teach your child this year. In ELA, we will read and write daily. I expect all my students to participate in ways they are comfortable to see their effort and understanding. Everything they learn will be used in their lives, by understanding what they are reading, learning to write more clearly, speaking well, communicating their needs, and determining how to learn and navigate in a world with a lot of conflicting information.

Parents, I will post a Weekly Update each Sunday on the Parents tab, so please read that weekly. This will alert you of the week's lessons, materials, and assignments.
