Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year!
Hello! My name is Katelyn Bryant and I am looking forward to being your teacher this year. I graduated from Anderson University in 2014 with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. This will be my twelfth year teaching, and my seventh year here at Sue Cleveland. I have a wonderful husband named Zach who is the light of my life and always keeps me laughing. We are originally from Pelzer, and have lived in SC all our lives. In my spare time I love to spend time with my family and friends. Especially my precious nephews Danny and Henry. I enjoy gaming, writing, reading, hiking, movies, and generally anything I can do with my friends and family. I have two dogs, one named Izzy who is a German Shephard mix, and one named Mira who is a Belgian Malinois.
As a teacher, I believe that every student is capable of success, although each success may look very different. Each child is unique and I think it is important to work to recognize and build upon those differences to help each child grow in the way that most benefits them. Whether that be academically, socially, emotionally, or otherwise. In my classroom, I put building relationships with each child first because I believe that in order to teach a child you must first know and love them.
It is going to be a great fourth grade year!
