As the Literacy Specialist, I will assist teachers in ensuring they are all teachers of reading and implementing effective literacy strategies. I will work with all teachers at Grove, prioritizing time for those teachers, activities, and roles that will have the greatest impact on student achievement, namely coaching and mentoring in classrooms.
