The role of the literacy specialist at Fountain Inn focuses on coaching and mentoring teachers for learner success. While that role includes many things, specifically, I work with classroom teachers, response to intervention (RTI) teachers of reading, and our school's requirements of meeting the Read to Succeed Act and other state laws in South Carolina.
