January 19: Mrs. Hensons' 4th grade students learned how to play different melodies, rhythms, & make harmony together after learning about Dr. Martin Luther King

January 12:  Students in 3rd, 4th, & 5th grades added sound effects and music to videos without sound to create their own soundscapes in Quaver Music

December 15:  Students in all grade levels celebrated the holidays by learning to sing and play Holiday melodies in music class!

December 8: Ms. Redmon's 5th grade students perform "Old MacDonald" on recorder

December 1: Dr. Parris's 1st grade class plays melodies that move by LEAPS on the barred instruments.

November 24: Mrs. Price's Kindergarten class demonstrates their ability to identify high and low sounds with creative scarf movement.

November 17: Mrs. Anthony's 1st grade class demonstrates their ability to play and sing melodies that move by step on barred instruments.

November 3: Various 3rd grade students perform a melody on the barred instruments

October 27: Students perform "Pass the Pumpkin" on pitched and unpitched percussion instruments while singing a minor melody and practicing the following: steady beat, skips, steps, leaps

October 6: Pumpkin Bones Rhythm Fun (All Grades)

September 29: Mrs. Vuknic's First Grade performs "My Mouth is a Volcano" on barred instruments

September 22: Mrs. Bridges 3rd Grade Performs the Rhythmic ensemble, "Keep the Beat Alive"

September 15: Ms. Driscoll's 5th Grade jumps to the Steady Beat of "September" by Earth Wind and Fire

September 8: Ms. Payne's 2nd Grade plays the Rhythmic Ensemble "Up the Ladder, Down the Ladder"
