My name is Savannah Dudley, and I am originally from Augusta, GA. I was raised in West Columbia, SC, where I graduated from White Knoll High School. I earned a B.A. in English Literature and an M.A. in Teaching from Coastal Carolina University in Conway, SC. During my time at Coastal Carolina, I worked as a pastry chef and cake decorator at a local bakery. I completed my student teaching at Carolina Forest High School.

This is my fifth year teaching high school English and my third year at J.L. Mann High School. I previously taught at Southeast High School from 2021 to 2023. While at SEHS, I was named Rookie Teacher of the Year, served as the Freshman Class Sponsor, and helped establish the Native American Club as the club sponsor.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our dog—Maxwell—and our family and friends. I love reading, biking, baking, hiking, and making jewelry!
