About Me

I am from Marietta, Ohio, right on the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum River. This will be my second year at TRHS and my 35th year of teaching. I moved from Ohio 2 years ago after my husband was transferred. I taught 33 years in Ohio and I am excited to transition to South Carolina. 

I enjoy family time with my husband and adult kids, friend time, the outdoors, reading, and I especially enjoy my 2 dogs and 2 cats. I love teaching and have taught science, ELA, and most recently I was a high school career coach/adviser, and taught adjunct college courses in College Foundations for Freshmen, Leadership, Personal Health, Nutrition, and Community Health Worker Certification courses.
