My name is Daniel Elston, and I am excited to begin my third year of teaching full-time! I graduated from Bob Jones University with my Bachelor's of Music Education in December, 2022. I also direct our Hand Chimes Ensembles here at BCES.
When I am not teaching, you can usually find me spending time outside camping, hiking, or kayaking. Among other things, I love to explore new places, try new foods, read a good book, or watch sports.
Of course, I wouldn't be a music teacher if I didn't LOVE music! The trombone is my primary instrument, but I can play every single brass instrument (besides the French Horn). I enjoy playing my trombone in the community band and participating in my church's music ministry.
