P.E. NEWS
ATTENTION PARENTS and STUDENTS!!!
Please remember to eat healthy foods, drink plenty of water, and get a good night's rest. This will have you feeling fresh and your body ready to perform it's best during the day.
Most kids should get between 10 to 11 hours of sleep each night. Why so much?
Sleep gives the body a chance to rest, repair itself, and prepare for the next day.
Don't forget to check your student's grade in physical education. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me by phone or e-mail. Have a good day.
