About Me

Hi, I'm Jeremy Murphy, assistant Principal at Sterling School in Greenville, South Carolina. This is my 3rd year at Sterling and 13th in education. Prior to joining the administration of Sterling School, I served as a history teacher at Greer High School where I taught world geography, ancient world history, modern world history, American history, AP US Government & Politics, and AP Macroeconomics. I also served as a reader of the AP US Government & Politics Exam for the College Board's Educational Testing Service.

In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, reading, and spending time with my family and my friends. My wife, Jennifer, is a teacher in Greenville County and my daughter, Ainsley is in 1st grade this year! We are all excited about the opportunities this year hold for all of us.
