Sociology

Welcome to Sociology! Sociology is the study of the structure, function, and development of human society.  Sociologists seek to understand human social relationships and social institutions.

Sociology is a 9-week, elective course for students in grades 9-12.  

This course is intended to give a broad overview of groups of people and their behavior, and lead to a basic understanding of the role of the individual in the larger society as well as in the social groups he/she belongs to. I look forward to having you take part in this class!
