I am so excited to teach here at Monarch! I'm going to have so much fun singing, dancing, playing instruments, and exploring music with your child. I'll tell you some things about me:

• I grew up in a musical family. All of my family members either sing or play an instrument, so the musical experience was something I became familiar with at a young age. 

• I am a triplet! I have two sisters, but we are not identical.

• I grew up singing, and even won some competitions when I was in elementary school. 

• I have been playing the flute since I was in sixth grade, and its one of my most favorite things to do. 

• Other than Monarch, I help out with the marching band at Fountain Inn High School as their woodwind instructor. I love being able to teach elementary and also stay connected with my band roots. 

• I recently graduated from Anderson University, where I studied flute and earned my degree in Music Education. This will be my first year of teaching, and I'm so excited that I'm at Monarch!

• I have two cats, Noel and Bebe. 

• My favorite musical artist is Laufey (Lay-vey), a jazz-pop singer. She does a lot of jazz standards as well as creating her own music. 

• I love to play board games with my siblings. We can get really competitive. 

• I love to play video games too! Some of my favorites: The Legend of Zelda, Final Fantasy, Paper Mario, Mario Kart, and Lego Star Wars.
