For referral to mental health, please ensure you have spoken with parent/guardian prior to referral. Parent/guardian must give consent for Mrs. Brown to reach out. Please print and fill out the form found here. Give to Mrs. Brown.
If you have student(s) who may benefit from participating in our Backpack Blessings program, where they'll receive a snack bag on Fridays for the weekend, please send the below form home with the student(s). Return the signed form to Mrs. Neely.
