Students should report the lost Chromebook IMMEDIATELY to their teachers and if they still can not find it report it to the Library Media Center. The student must complete and return a missing Chromebook form. Once the form completed with signatures is returned, an admin team member will review replacement options with the student and his or her parents.

The technology fee does not cover the cost of replacing a missing or lost Chromebook or Chromebook charger. Students who are issued a replacement will be responsible for paying Lakeview Middle School the $308.00 replacement cost prior to receiving a replacement. Chromebook charger replacement is $29.00. The case costs $25.00.
