Support Services

Mrs. Horne  provides  support services in the general education environment. The primary focus is centered on children that hold a current 2023-2024 Individualized Education Plan (IEP). 

As the case manager, Mrs. Horne will focus on each child's specific needs in the general education environment.  .The case manager is also in charge of communication between school and home, oversight of the IEP, and specialized instruction within the general education classroom along with the general education classroom.  

Although the  teacher's main focus in on the student that holds an IEP, that teacher also provides instruction and assistance to all children within the classroom.  The inclusion teacher is a co-teacher that works closely with the general education teacher to provide the best possible education for ALL children within the class!
