Hi! My name is Kim Brice. This is my twenty-second year in education. I taught second grade for six years at Chandler Creek Elementary in Greer.  I moved to  Brushy Creek Elementary in Taylors where I taught third grade for four years. I served as the Instructional Coach at Bethel Elementary for seven years and  Assistant Principal at Simpsonville Elementary for two years.  I graduated from the University of South Carolina Upstate with a degree in Elementary Education. I received my master's degree in School Leadership from Furman University in August 2011. I enjoy learning and can't wait to share that passion at Oakview. I am proud of being named teacher of the year at both Chandler Creek and Brushy Creek Elementary.  I also won Greenville County Support Staff Person of the Year while at Bethel Elementary.  I received my National Board certification in November of 2009 and 2019.

I live in Greenville with my husband, two beautiful daughters, and my Golden doodle. When I am not at school I love to read . I love any book about Charleston or a mystery novel. I usually use my summer to catch up on my reading.  I also enjoy being with my family and friends. I love taking pictures, shopping, going to the movies, traveling, and exercising.  I also love the Clemson Tigers!
