Intentional (caused by purposeful actions to the Chromebook itself) and incidental (caused by intentional actions not specifically directed toward Chromebook) damages to Chromebooks are not covered under warranty; neither are damages caused by negligence or forgetfulness. use backpacks or bags built with a padded section for their Chromebook.
purchase and use a protective case on their Chromebook.
not allow other students or siblings to use their Chromebook.
If your Chromebook is damaged, malfunctioning, lost, or stolen, come to room G-120 as soon as you realize the problem. If things can't be resolved right away, you will be provided with a loaner Chromebook while yours is being repaired or located.
