About Me

James Willey is a graduate of Dorman High School in Spartanburg, SC and has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art Education from the University of South Carolina. He carries industry certification as an Adobe Certified Educator. A middle school teacher out of college, Willey spent four years at Parker Academy for Fine Arts and Humanities teaching art to many of the best young people in Greenville. When the school closed in 2004, he transferred to Wade Hampton High School where he continues to teach to this day. Married in 2007 to a fellow Greenville County teacher, Willey resides with his wife and three sons in Greenville, SC.
